Global mineral fair from Sept. 11

New Delhi, Sept. 1

The sixth international trade fair and conference on minerals, metals, metallurgy and materials would be held in Delhi between September 11 and 14. The Indian Institute of Metals is organising the event which is being co-sponsored by the Ministries of Mines, Steel, Coal, Commerce & Industries, External Affairs, Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Small Scale Industries, Environment & Forests and Science & Technology. The Chairman of the National Advisory Committee of the Indian Institute of Metals, Mr A.C. Wadhawan, addressing a press conference here on Friday, said that the fair would showcase the potential in the country's mining and mineral sector.
