BSNL special discount offer

BSNL has tied up with UTI, HDFC and ICICI banks to offer a special discount for its customers, making timely payments through the Internet banking facility. In the Hyderabad Telecom District, a discount at 1 per cent of the value of the bill (exclusive of service tax and late fee), subject to a maximum of Rs 1,000 per bill will be adjusted in the next bill to BSNL customers, who have paid the telephone/cellular bills in full on or before the due date through Internet services of banks, and where there is no other discount allowed, a press release said.
