ICICI Bank, Mitsubishi Sec tie-up

ICICI Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Co Ltd have signed a memorandum of understanding to offer reciprocal services in corporate finance, asset management business, merger and acquisitions among others.

The tie-up is subject to regulatory approvals and is a non-exclusive partnership, a press release said. Both partners will also consider co-operation in the sales of financial products, the release added.
