GTM Builders and Promoters Pvt Ltd has entered into a strategic joint venture agreement with UK-based NRI promoters, Konichiva Builders Ltd, to build and promote an ultra modern housing complex at Bhiwadi in Rajasthan, according to a release. The joint venture, named GTM Konichiva Builders, will be in the nature of a partnership firm, according equal status to both the partners. The housing complex to be built under the agreement will comprise approximately 1,200 2-3 bedroom, multi-storeyed flats and a commercial complex.
