Taiwanese computer hardware manufacturer Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) announced that some of its motherboards are certified to work with Intel Viiv. Viiv is Intel's digital home entertainment platform. The 945G-M3 is the first ECS motherboard to make it on the Intel Recommended Materials List (RML), which is a database of hardware, content, services, and applications that have passed interoperability testing to work with Intel Viiv PCs.
