Bharat Alloys to merge with VBC

Hyderabad, Aug 14

The board of directors of VBC Industries Ltd has approved the draft scheme of merger between the company and Bharat Alloys and Energy Ltd. As per the board's decision, the swap ratio would be 2:1. The company has informed the stock exchanges that two equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company would be allotted for every one equity share of Rs 10 each of Bharat Alloys.
