The All-India Manufacturers' Organisation (AIMO - AP chapter) has called for entries from entrepreneurs for the prestigious `Bharat Ratna Dr M Visvesvaraya Industrial Awards' for 2006. In a press release, the AIMO said the awards are given for Best Performance in large/medium sector, Best Performance in SSI sector, Best Export Performance, Best R&D effort, Best Woman entrepreneur and Best Technology effort in IT biotechnology sectors. The awards would be presented on September 15.
