`E-governance set to change industry'

With the introduction of e-governance in all the offices of the Ministry of Company Affairs and the facility for e-filing documents, a major change is visualised for the industry and the corporate sector in the country, according to Mr S. M. Ameerul Millath, Registrar of Companies, Kerala and Lakshadweep. He was inaugurating the seminar on MCA-21 e-governance jointly organised by the Ernakulam branch of ICAI, the Cochin Chapter of ICWAI and ICSI and the Kerala Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr John K. Paul, President of the Kerala Chamber, Mr T. S. Anantharaman, Chairman, Peninsular Multi Comex Services Ltd and Mr K. A. Felix, Vice-Chairman, ICWAI also spoke on the occassion.
