Training course for aspiring air-hostesses

As competition hots up in the aviation sector, focus on providing top class services, especially by well-trained professionals is becoming a must. With shortage of such people, training academies are in demand.

Flying Cats, the Air-Hostess Training School, here has launched courses to groom smart people to take up a career in the civil aviation sector. Mr Parvez Damania, associated with Kingfisher and Sahara Airlines, gave some useful tips to students at an interactive session here.

Personality grooming, presentation, body language, speech, diction and personal finesse are some aspects that the Training School emphasises in preparing quality professionals, said Mr Amit Gupta, Centre Director.

In workshops celebrities such as Mallaika Arora Khan, Amrita Thapar, Cory Walia, Sabira Merchant, Ashley Rebello would share their expertise, some through live interactions and other through V-Sat session, he explained.

The Training School would also bring in experts from the Aviation and Hospitality industries to the workshops.
