Mumbai , July 11 Lowe Worldwide has developed a new strategy planning toolkit, which will be rolled out across the world. India is the first country selected for the global launch. The workshop to launch the slew of strategic planning tools will be held at Lintas' Northpoint Centre of Learning this month. The intensive training session will be conducted for 25 senior managers across Lintas India. Mr Bert Moore, Deputy Chief Strategy Officer, Lowe Worldwide, will be leading the sessions along with three other trainers from New York and London. The training sessions will include active training and exposure to 16 tools/assets. Simultaneously, four Lintas India managers are being trained as trainers and will pass on the learnings to the rest.
Integrated communication
Mr Pranesh Misra, President & COO, Lowe India, said: "Integrated communication is the future of our industry. Lowe Lintas plans to respond to client needs for integrated, media-neutral solutions by adopting best practices around the world. The Lowe Strategy Planning Toolkit has a suit of tools, which would help us in this pursuit. It will feature a whole range of strategy planning, channel planning and integration tools, and has the potential to transform the way we will do business."
Expert talk
Last week, Mr Bjarte Eide, Global Accounts Director/EVP, Lowe Stockholm, was invited to India to share his experiences in Lowe Stockholm where the integrated process is already in operation for large global brands like SAAB. Mr Bjarte addressed a team of senior managers of Lowe India and also conducted workshops on specific brands handled by Lowe India. "All our clients who participated in Bjarte's workshop are enthusiastic about the media-neutral, problem-based approach followed on the SAAB account, and want us to adopt it to their accounts," said Mr Misra. Lowe Worldwide has identified India amongst its seven hubs for its growth strategy going forward.
