Mumbai , July 3 Ms Kokilaben D. Ambani along with others (acting in concert) have acquired 2.11 per cent stake in Reliance Communications Ltd through open market purchases, the company has informed the National Stock Exchange on Monday. Ms Ambani, AAA Communications Private Ltd, Hansdhawni Trading Company Private Ltd, Sonata Investments Ltd, Reliance Capital Ltd along with persons acting in concert, have acquired 2.58 crore shares during the period from April 1 to June 23. The persons acting in concert include Mr Anil Ambani, Ms Tina A. Ambani, their sons - Jaianmol A. Ambani and Jaianshul A. Ambani - Anadha Enterprise Private Ltd, Bhavan Mercantile Pvt Ltd, AAA Global Business Management Pvt Ltd and Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. Post this acquisition, their holding is 51.73 crore shares aggregating to 42.29 per cent stake in Reliance Communications Ltd. The share price of Reliance Communication moved down from Rs 320 on April 3 to Rs 251 on June 23 the period when the promoter group bought the shares from the market.
