Our Bureau

Hyderabad, June 28

Air Deccan will operate an additional flight from Hyderabad to Tirupati from July 7. The new flight would leave Hyderabad at 6.10 a.m. and arrive at Tirupati at 7.30 a.m. In the return direction, it would depart Tirupati at 7.50 a.m. and arrive at Hyderabad at 9.10 a.m. The morning flight from Hyderabad would prove to be convenient for pilgrims and tourists. They could reach Tirupati just in an hour and reach Tirumala by 10 a.m., have darshan and take the afternoon flight to Hyderabad. "The load factors for this sector have been close to 85 per cent since we launched our first service in December 2003. This additional flight would make life easier for pilgrims as they can fly back the same day," a press release said.
