Arion buys 3.53 pc in Khaitan

Hyderabad, June 23

Arion Commercial Pvt Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that it has acquired 2,53,947 shares aggregating 3.53 per cent of the share capital of Khaitan Electricals Ltd on June 19. The mode of acquisition is open market. Following this, the shareholding of Arion in Khaitan now stands at 5,48,947 shares aggregating 7.62 per cent of equity.
