AT&T arm to invest $10 m more

Bangalore, June 13

Sterling Commerce, subsidiary of the US-based AT&T Inc, announced a $10 million investment in its India operations. This firm offers B2B application integration, supply chain execution solutions for retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and telecommunications industries. The announcement was made at the inauguration of a 1,16,000 sq. ft. software development and delivery facility in the city. The company plans to ramp up headcount to 500 by end-2006. It currently employs 82.
