Boost ties with Poland: Kamal Nath

New Delhi, May 19

Seeking greater economic engagement with Poland, the Commerce and Industry Minister, Mr Kamal Nath, has said that India sees Poland as the gateway to Eastern Europe. Mr Kamal Nath, who is currently on an official visit to Poland, was speaking on the Indian economy at the School of Economics in Warsaw. The Minister noted that India's two-way trade with Poland amounted to less than $600 million. An official release said that Mr Kamal Nath expressed confidence that India-Polish relations would move from strength to strength and that there would be greater cooperation in the area of trade and industry. — Our Bureau
