BoR hikes NRE deposit rates

Mumbai, May 10

Bank of Rajasthan Ltd has announced an increase in the interest rates on Non-resident External (NRE) account and foreign currency non-resident (FCNR) account (B) deposits. The rate on NRE term deposits for maturity period of three years has been increased to 6.40 per cent from 6.30 per cent. The interest rate on NRE term deposits for maturity period of one year to less than two years and two years to less than three years, remained unchanged at 6.30 per cent.
