Air Deccan to raise Rs 400 cr

Mumbai, May 5

Deccan Aviation proposes to raise Rs 400 crore through its initial public offering. The airline is expected to dilute about 25 per cent of its equity. The price band has been fixed at Rs 150-175. The issue is expected to open on May 18 and the draft prospectus has been cleared by SEBI, according to the Chairman and Managing Director, Capt G.R. Gopinath.
