Puravankara launches `Eternity'

Having announced its foray in Kochi earlier this year, Puravankara Projects has now announced another launch in the city - Purva Eternity. Located in Kakkanad, the project will comprise 600 two and three bedrooms in six high rise structures spread over 5.5 acres of verdant green spaces. While the 2-bed room apartments measure 1244 sq ft, the 3-bed room apartments range from 1,541 to 1,674 sq ft. The apartments are being launched at Rs 1,790 per sq ft onwards. Purva Eternity is located in close proximity to Kinfra and Cochin Export Processing Zone and the project is expected to be completed in the next 36 months.
