`Metro' opens in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, April 26

Metro, the Indian arm of the German cash and carry services company, has commenced its activity in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Based at Kukatpally near here, the facility would be a boon to retailers handling a variety of businesses, a company press release said. "It will offer a one-stop solution for all their business requirements. In fact, it acts as a warehouse for the small and medium retailers," it said.
