BPO story

This is with reference to "Lost in their overcoats" (Business Line, April 21): At a time when those at the helm talk big about the creation of a New India, the author has made an earnest attempt to expose the hollowness of their claims through an absorbing conversation between the two characters created by him. The facts relating to the hardships faced by BPO employees have been very cleverly brought to light; we have many Basavappas and Prasads among us, not knowing much about the real world .
