Pearl Academy to open MBA colleges

New Delhi , April 12

With the course focussed on entrepreneurship, design institute Pearl Academy of Fashion is venturing into management education by setting up MBA colleges beginning from the 2007 session.

The first college would be set up in either Greater Noida or Jaipur with an investment of around Rs 40 crore, said Dr Ashutosh Bhupatkar, Director, Pearl School of Business Studies (PSBS). The college would offer both undergraduate as well as post-graduate programmes in management.

As the course would be focused on entrepreneurship, PSBS has tied up with US entrepreneurship institution Babson College.
