Hyderabad, April 6

The Registrar of Companies (RoC, Andhra Pradesh) would allow online filing of forms beginning April 19. "People can file their forms electronically," Mr N.S. Ponnunambi, RoC (AP) said. A FAPCCI press release quoting him said that the users need not come all the way to the RoC just to file the forms. He was addressing a FAPCCI seminar on `Changing phases of Company Law mechanism - Filing under the MCA-21 Project' on Wednesday.
