Bimtech students win all-India contest

New Delhi , April 2

Students of Birla Institute on Management Technology (Bimtech), Greater Noida, won the first prize for their business plan on retail jewellery stores in the country at the recent annual fest, `Perspective 06', of the Institute of Management, Nirma University, Ahmedabad.

The all-India competition required management students to conceptualise and submit a business plan. Mr Shamik Vijaykumar Chokshi and Mr Ram Baheti's team of Bimtech won the prize for their work on `Entrepreneurship to survive in globalisation'.

The prize consisted of a cash award of Rs 10,000.
