Letters The truth
This is with reference to, "Feel the truth, speak the truth," (Business Line, March 27): Gandhiji also gave first place to truth. And it shows how mothers can be the tool to shape children and make them great. The advice of Abdul Qadir's mother to speak the truth, feel the truth and propagate it led him to become a great saint. This emphasises the need for giving importance to the education of the girl child and empowering women. A. Jacob Sahayam Thiruvananthapuram
