Khaitan to offer shares to promoters

Hyderabad, March 25

Following the approval of shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Thursday, Khaitan Electricals Ltd has decided to hold a meeting of its board of directors on March 28 to consider allotment of 10-lakh equity share warrants of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 50 per warrant to promoters on preferential basis as per SEBI guidelines.
