Steps down from Tata Steel board

Mumbai, March 23

Tata Steel Ltd has informed the BSE that at the board meeting held on Thursday, Mr Keshub Mahindra, Chairman, Mahindra & Mahindra, has stepped down from the company's board. Mr B. Jitender, nominee Director of IDBI, also resigned from the board. "The board appreciated the services rendered by them during their tenure on the board of the company,'' Tata Steel said.
