New Delhi , March 13 The Russian Premier, Mr Mikhail Fradkov, who is scheduled to come to India on a two-day visit starting March 16, would meet the President, Mr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the Prime Minster, Dr Manmohan Singh, the Finance Minister, Mr P. Chidambaram, and the Commerce and Industry Minster, Mr Kamal Nath. Mr Fradkov's visit comes close on the heels of the Indo-US civilian nuclear cooperation deal signed during the US President, Mr George Bush's visit here earlier this month. During the February visit of the Russian Trade Minister, Mr German Gref, Russia's Economic Development and Trade Ministry signed a co-operation memorandum with the Indian Commerce and Industry Ministry for increasing bilateral trade to $10 billion by 2010. A protocol on Moscow's accession to the World Trade Organisation was also signed. It was also agreed that a joint research group would draw up a programme this year to explore the possibility of reaching an agreement on all-round economic cooperation. Last year, Indo-Russian trade was around $2.9 billion, as against $3.1 billion in 2004, $3.3 billion in 2003 and $2.1 billion in 2002.
