VISA Steel fixes IPO price at Rs 57

Mumbai , March 3

VISA Steel Ltd, a part of the Rs 1,664-crore VISA Group, has fixed the issue price at the higher end of the price band at Rs 57 a share.

The company's IPO for 3.5 crore shares of Rs 10 each, was subscribed by 6.60 times. The price band was decided through the book-building process, a press release here said on Friday. The issue opened for subscription on February 23 and closed on February 27.

The QIB portion was subscribed by 11.50 times, the HNI portion 1.50 times and the retail portion was subscribed by 1.75 times.

The shares will be listed on NSE and BSE.

The book-running lead managers to the issue are ENAM Financial Consultants and JM Morgan Stanley.
