Reliance Natural lists at Rs 17.5

Shares of Reliance Natural Resources Ltd (RNRL), controlled by the Anil Ambani Group, made its debut at Rs 17.50 on both BSE as well as NSE on Wednesday.

The Rs 5-face valued RNRL shares closed at Rs 18.55 on the BSE and at Rs 18.30 on NSE. Over 2.33 crore shares were traded on the BSE and another 4.31 crore shares on the NSE.

This is the third company, which was spun-off from flagship Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), to be listed on the stock exchanges. Reliance Energy Ventures and Reliance Capital Ventures were listed on the stock exchanges in February.

The last and the fourth company that was spun off from RIL - Reliance Communications Ventures - will be listed on the stock exchanges later this month.

All the four companies became part of the Anil Ambani Group, as part of a settlement agreement between Ambani brothers Mr Anil and Mr Mukesh Ambani.
