MS launches Partner Academy

Microsoft has launched a Partner Academy in India to train the employees of its partners in the latest high-end technologies.

The first of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region, the Partner Academy aims to train about 1,000 professionals in latest Microsoft technologies this year in India, said Mr Sudev Muthya, Director, Enterprise and Partner Group, Microsoft India.

Microsoft Partner Academy is a global programme that aims to provide technical and marketing skills to the partner community. The company intends to spend about Rs 2.5 crore in India on the Partner Academy this year and may increase it depending on the response, he said. The programme is being launched in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. — Our Bureau
