Talks on IT campus works

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram City Corporation will join hands with the Technopark management to ensure streamlined development of the region around the IT campus.

The two sides, which met here for deliberations, have agreed to prepare a detailed town-planning scheme for the region.

They have also extended their consent to a proposal for joint inspection to check for violations of building rules as also to ensure that environmental regulations are observed during the expansion phase of the campus.

Technopark officials said a detailed master plan had been prepared for the development of the campus. They said the Government had approved the construction of buildings on the premises.
