ACC outlet in Kurnool

HYDERABAD: ACC has launched a Retail Outlet in Kurnool, the first of its kind in Andhra Pradesh. The company is planning to set up such `Retail Outlets' in all the major towns of the State, according to Mr Rajiv Kumar, Senior Manager.

In a typical outlet, a customers can get information on the best construction practices, which would assist them in building a durable house. Data on professionals and building material suppliers could also be obtained, a company press release said. The Kurnool Outlet is located at M/s Ibrahim Sons, an ACC exclusive dealer.

Earlier, ACC had launched a `Mobile Concrete' Testing unit, for the benefit of the customers named `Gruhamitra'. It provides onsite services to the Individual House Builders segment.

The mobile unit houses equipment to test concrete and aggregates used at construction sites. A technically trained customer service engineer from ACC visits the sites with the unit, the release said.
