PSL executes HPCL order for pipes

Our Bureau

Mumbai , Feb. 2

PSL Ltd said it has completed the supply of 736 km pipes for the Mundra-Delhi Product Pipeline project of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd on January 31, ahead of schedule.

The company said it was able to execute the order ahead of time because of the enhanced capacities PSL has built.

This is the second major project executed ahead of schedule. Earlier, the company had completed the Sudan Melut Basin Project of 785 km in a similar period, during the early part of 2005.

PSL is currently executing the pipe supply contract for GAIL's "Dahej-Uran Pipeline Project," a part of the National Gas Grid Network.
