IBS Software on recruitment drive

IBS Software Services, based in the Technopark Thiruvananthapuram, says that it will recruit between 700 and 1,000 software professionals in the coming fiscal.

The company, which develops software solutions for the transportation and logistics industries, says it will recruit both freshers and experienced candidates as software professionals. Besides, it also plans to recruit people with post-graduate qualifications in management as business analysts, says a company release.

Meanwhile, the company also plans to conduct a recruitment exercise during `IT Kerala 2006' in Kochi. The company plans to screen resumes, conduct tests and interviews and hand out offer letters to selected candidates.
