Neuland Labs to re-issue shares

HYDERABAD: Neuland Laboratories Ltd (NLL), the Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical company, has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors at a meeting held on Tuesday has decided to re-issue 1,03,276 forfeited shares to the existing shareholders on a pro-rata basis to their shareholding at the rate of Rs 100 per share.

The NLL stock is currently hovering at around Rs 120 on the bourses with year's highest price of Rs 206.50 and lowest of Rs 115.
