HYDERABAD: Sujana Metal Products Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of its board of directors would be held on January 30 to consider and approve the demerger of power and telecom transmission towers business into a new company.

Further, the company said its board would also consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2005.
