Pahwa group acquires global rights from Bry-Air Inc

New Delhi , Jan. 19

PAHWA group company Bry-Air (Asia) Pvt Ltd, manufacturers of dehumidifiers and industrial air treatment equipment, has said that it has acquired the global business interests and marketing rights from Bry-Air Inc, USA.

The acquisition includes the Bry-Air brand and all trademarks of Bry-Air Inc, the company said in a release.

However, Bry-Air Inc, USA will remain an autonomous and financially independent corporation with manufacturing, sales and marketing rights licensed for USA, Canada and Mexico from Bry-Air (Asia).
