Castrol launches premium quality engine oil

CASTROL India Ltd announced the launch of its premium quality engine oil, Castrol EDGE at the Auto Expo here.

According to Mr Sudhanshu Vats, Vice-President Marketing, Castrol India, "The specially selected additives in Castrol EDGE manage the damaging effects of the engine environment, controlling dirt, neutralising acid and fighting oxidation thereby reducing wear and tear of various engine parts and protecting the engine."

The product is available in select markets and cities across the country in two pack sizes.

Priced at Rs 2,950 for a five litre pack and Rs 310 for a 500 ml pack, the engine oil has been formulated to meet toughest performance standards, a company statement said.
