PVR debuts with 31.5 pc gain

MUMBAI: Shares of PVR Ltd, multiplex cinema operator, made their debut on the BSE at Rs 266.35 compared to its offer price of Rs 225.

The shares moved to a high of Rs 309.8 but ended the session at Rs 295.95, a gain of 31.5 per cent over issue price.

The issue was subscribed by over 11 times. The company had entered the capital market with a public issue of 77 lakh shares at a price band of Rs 200-240 per equity share.
