HYDERABAD: Madhucon Projects Ltd has coopted and appointed Mr C. Ramachandraiah, FCA, member of Rajya Sabha as Independent Director on its Board from Wednesday. Mr P. Madhava Rao, advocate and Mr C. Venkateswara Rao, CMD of Image Hospitals Ltd were also inducted in the same position to provide effective policy and decision making support in the expanded infrastructure development projects on BOT and irrigation projects, a company press release said.
