Alliances & Joint Ventures Marketing - Channels and Franchises Acer in pact with eSys Our Bureau
BANGALORE: Acer India Pvt Ltd has tied up with eSys Information Technologies to expand its reach in North India. eSys, the Singapore-based IT products and software distributor, will be responsible for driving Acer's business in the North. eSys through its 600-plus channel partners will distribute Acer's entire range of products across North India. Announcing the partnership, Mr S. Rajendran, General Manager, Sales and Marketing, Consumer Product Group, Acer India, said, "We are very happy to appoint eSys as our distributor for the northern market. We hope that our new partnership with eSys will help our business grow in volume and achieve our stated objective of deeper penetration in non-metros." Mr R. Govindan, Chief Executive Officer, eSys Information Technologies Ltd, said, "Acer has been a very innovative company, offering true value for money products. We are very excited about our association with Acer and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship."
