New Delhi , Dec. 18

THE three professional bills to amend the respective legislations governing the professions of chartered accountancy, cost accountancy and company secretaries would be placed in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, the Company Affairs Minister, Mr Prem Chand Gupta, said here today.

Speaking at a seminar on Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) law, organised by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Mr Gupta expressed hope that the three Bills would be cleared without much difficulty. The Rajya Sabha has already passed the three Bills.

The Minister also said that the proposed regime of LLP would provide a platform to small and medium enterprises and professionals to conduct their business/profession efficiently.
