NCL fixes rights offer ratio

HYDERABAD: NCL Industries Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its board meeting on Thursday has approved the ratio of rights shares as four shares of Rs 10 each for every five shares held at a premium of Rs 8 per share.

The company said it would like to raise Rs 23.38-crore by issue of 1,29,87,860 shares on a rights basis as on record date to be fixed at a later date.
