ONGC board to consider interim dividend

New Delhi , Dec 15

THE board of directors of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation will meet on December 23 to consider a proposal for payment of interim dividend to the equity shareholders.

Asked whether the Board intends considering any proposal for issue of bonus shares to the shareholders, Mr Subir Raha, Chairman and Managing Director, ONGC, replied in the negative.

He was speaking to presspersons on the sidelines of a conference held in the Capital.
