AI's direct Pune-Dubai flight

AIR India will, effective December 12, launch a non-stop flight between Pune and Dubai. The new flight, AI-719-718, will be operated on the Mumbai-Pune-Dubai-Pune-Mumbai route with 201-seater Airbus 310 aircraft on thrice-weekly-basis - on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The flight will depart from Pune at 15.15 hrs arriving in Dubai at 16.15 hrs, and on the return leg, it will depart from Dubai at 18 hrs and reach Pune at 22.25 hrs.

Air India has announced introductory fares for travel up to December 24. While the one-way Pune-Dubai fare will be Rs 5,475 plus taxes, the return fare for Pune-Dubai-Pune will be Rs 12,105 plus taxes.

The new flight will provide to the people of Pune and neighbouring areas direct and convenient connectivity to Dubai.

Passengers boarding or deplaning in Pune will be able to complete their immigration and customs formalities at their city airport, both at the time of departure and arrival.
