Ucal obtains TS certificate

CHENNAI: UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd, manufacturers of fuel injection parts for four-wheelers and carburettors for two-wheelers, has been awarded the TS Certificate. TS is a standard exclusively for automobile sector for design, development and manufacturing, and mandates a more process-based approach, with emphasis on meeting the customer's needs.

"TS 16949 award would support Ucal Fuel Systems objectives to increase focus on complying with its customer requirements and to maximise on its new business opportunities," said a company release.
