Bangalore , Nov. 30

INFOSYS Technologies and Microsoft Corp unveiled the Catalytic IT concept centre at the Infosys campus in Bangalore on Tuesday. The centre is in continuation of the joint investment announced by Infosys and Microsoft in November last year on an IT transformation initiative, Catalytic IT.

The Catalytic IT portfolio of solutions and services enables enterprises to realise a simplified, flexible IT environment that lowers the total cost of ownership and enables rapid change and innovation, said an Infosys press release.

Mr Jean-Philippe Courtois, President of Microsoft International, inaugurated the Catalytic IT concept centre in the presence of Mr Ravi Venkatesan, Chairman of Microsoft Corporation India Private Ltd, and Mr Kris Gopalakrishnan, Chief Operating Officer of Infosys.

The centre will provide customers with an informative and interactive experience wherein they can envision, architect and evaluate Catalytic IT solutions.
