TO deepen business relationship between India and Indonesia, FICCI and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN, Indonesia) initiated a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday.

The chambers would assist businesses in their respective countries to participate on a joint basis in ventures in their own countries or in third countries.

The chambers would also assist each other in organising and participating in seminars, courses, conferences, national exhibitions, international fares, special exhibitions, and symposiums on all possible industrial sectors and shall promote those events through their respective media.

They will also assist each other in arranging reciprocal trade and market research exercises and help establish business contacts aimed at promoting mutual trade.
