Sugar Agri-Biz & Commodities - Financial Performance Shree Renuka Sugars annual net up 232 pc Our Bureau
Mumbai , Nov 18 SHREE Renuka Sugars Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 40.73 crore for the year ended September 2005, an increase of 232 per cent over Rs 12.27 crore in the previous year. Total income for the year stood at Rs 641.54 crore, an increase of 182 per cent over Rs 227.46 crore in the previous year. Profit before tax for the year was Rs 49.01 crore (Rs 15.17 crore). The earnings per share for the year stood at Rs 23.79 (Rs 9.05). The board has recommended dividend of Rs 2 per share. The total consolidated income of the group companies stood at Rs 797.80 crore, while consolidated net profit was Rs 56.10 crore. The consolidated EPS was Rs 32.76.
