Chennai , Nov. 15

BHOLE Baba Milk Food Industries, the Rs 400-crore Agra-based dairy products company, will implement Ramco Systems' complete process production suite. This includes financials, sales, inventory, purchase, process production, maintenance, human resource and payroll, and tools and utilities, according to a Ramco notice to the BSE.

Ramco's solution would help Bhole Baba reduce inventory costs and overall lead-time, improve the monitoring of overall cash flow, thereby increasing productivity and responding faster to market demands. Initially, the implementation would cover the head office and a plant at Kosi.
